The space
Ground floor, corner unit apartment in Laurel Park with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master Suite offers a queen size bed, a TV, closet, with an attached full bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds in it, and a closet. The second full bathroom is in the hallway leading to the living and dining spaces, and the full kitchen. Spacious living room and kitchen, brand new tile floors, freshly painted throughout and a private screened porch with washer & dryer too! All new end of 2023.
Guest access
The entire apartment is private, just for you. Residential location with quiet hours observed.
Additional notes
Free onsite parking.
The pool is located 7 miles away, at a resort on Siesta Key, that you can access for free. You can also use the complimentary kayaks & stand up paddle boards there too.
